BLOOD CANCER | SOMATIC EVOLUTION | AGEING
Inside every body, an evolutionary story unfolds…
Our bodies are made up of trillions of cells. Far from being genetically identical, each cell accumulates genetic changes as we live and age. This ongoing process leaves behind a rich record of how our cells adapt, compete, and sometimes drive disease. In our lab, we use powerful genomics tools to trace the very origins of this evolution within – understanding how it begins in healthy tissues, unfolds across a lifetime, and influences human health, disease and cancer.

Research
In our lab we study the DNA and epigenome from blood and other tissues from development to ageing, health to disease, and precancer to cancer.
PEOPLE
We are a diverse group of people with a passion for seeking new knowledge and understanding through scientific research at scale.
PUBLICATIONS
We publish in peer reviewed Journals and make our work open access, sharing data with the scientific community across the globe.
RESOURCES
In our work, we design and develop new methods and algorithms, all of which we publish and share with fellow scientists.
